On one hand, the scrubland, a dry environment of limestone lands shaped by man (viticulture and breeding), on the other, the wetland of rivers. The juxtaposition of these two environments has created a invaluable natural wealth. To protect it, this territory has been classified Natura 2000 and belongs to the "Great Site of France of the gorges of the Hérault".

For us, ideal tourism allows everyone to come and discover it while preserving it. An equation always difficult to solve ...

From 2012 to 2018, we obtained the Green Key environmental label. We have not applied since 2019 but our commitment is still strong. Concretely, we seek to limit our energy and water consumption, to reduce / compost / recycle our waste, to promote responsible purchases: second-hand, local, seasonal and organic (food), eco-friendly for the maintenance (painting, cleaning). We garden "organic" in the vegetable patch, in our beds, limit watering ...
